Across Stage 1, 2 and 3, construction is well advanced, with homes either actively under construction or now completed. New homeowners are beginning to move into the precinct, establishing themselves within the growing community.

Stage 4 & 5 are also seeing new housing construction commencing, and Stage 7 is heading toward completion in the coming months.
